El envío de vuelta lo pagas tú, salvo que el producto sea defectuoso, llegue dañado o no sea el que pediste. Por higiene, los auriculares in-ear precintados no se pueden devolver una vez desprecintados.

After the purchase, I read the reviews, and thought, well, I bought junk. But I connected it, and everything seems to be fine. I downloaded the APK for Pure, Kyivstar TV, and normal YouTube, everything's fine. WiFi works, Ethernet works too. So far so good, I'll update the review later.
I liked this box, it's well worth the price. Its control takes a while to respond, I don't know if it's because it's a red infrared device, but overall I liked it a lot. I'll keep observing, and depending on the results, I'll buy more of this model. Just one note: the power supply is a European model, so I'll need to buy an adapter for the Brazilian standard power supply. Other than that, the TV has served my needs quite well. Honestly, I regret buying this TV box. After a few weeks of use, it started to freeze, and everything is worse than the cheap MXQ TV box that didn't work. Maybe I just had bad luck with this device; it really freezes, even though I only installed 2 apps. I've tried to delete the pre-installed ones, but there's no way. What should I do now? I guess I was unlucky.
They don't work they won't come on
The device is top-notch, very good. I'm already using Android 14. Only the shipping company was very careless; they sent the box all dented. I was afraid it might be damaged, but luckily everything arrived in perfect condition. It's worth it, good value for money. Very good device and fair price
