Derecho de desistimiento de 14 días
Tienes 14 días naturales desde que recibes el pedido para desistir sin dar explicaciones. Para iniciar una devolución, escribe a info@technovard.com con tu número de pedido. El envío de vuelta lo pagas tú, salvo que el producto sea defectuoso, llegue dañado o no sea el que pediste. Por higiene, los auriculares in-ear precintados no se pueden devolver una vez desprecintados.
Reembolsos
Te reembolsamos el producto y el envío original (hasta el coste del envío estándar) en un plazo de 14 días desde tu aviso de desistimiento, por el mismo método de pago. Podemos esperar a recibir el producto o el justificante de que lo has enviado.

Good to know
For indoor use only (IP20). The appliance must not draw more than 16 A, which is about 3,600 W at 230 V. It needs 2.4 GHz WiFi. The supplier does not state the plug type: write to us before ordering and we will confirm it. This model ships from a warehouse in Germany.
