14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.

Large display, wouldn't mind paying for higher definition screen though
I like it, very easy to use and setup!
The device looks good. Perfectly packaged. I have a problem with the led lighting on the side. The support is very good. They want to help but the application that changes the led lighting settings on the side doesn't work for me. They sent me a new app but it doesn't work. The device comes opened in service mode. Everything else works perfectly.
This wall-mounted android smart home control panel is impressive. the display is crisp, and the touch response is smooth with no lag. it runs a clean version of android, allowing me to freely install my preferred smart home apps. it supports wall mounting, features solid build quality, and comes with excellent protective packaging. the technical support provided by the seller is also outstanding. it is ideal for whole-house smart control—highly recommended for both residential and hotel projects!

The tablet is pretty good, however the lights on the side are very annoying, every time you switch the tablet on they start flashing all kinds of colors, you can switch it off via an app, but it will start again once you restart the tablet. The seller sends you some videos but these do not help, it is just how to change the color or switch off temporary.
Great device. what app can be used to control the lighting? is there an api reference?
Buy this item only if you like trouble. On two occasions, the tablet has locked up endlessly after a firmware update and another time only after an update from the Google Play Store. It was necessary to manually reinstall the firmware twice and reconfigure everything from the beginning. It's a real waste of time and this product has simply not been tested. It shouldn't even be on sale as a tablet.
Really great people,with high service. They installed app on my request, worked like a sun. Fast and honnest communication and also shipping very good. Did buy another, smaller 8” display after testing the 15,6 inch…and will buy third after testing.
