14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.
Faulty or damaged items
Every product has a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. Email us with photos or a video and we will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Do I need a memory card?
Yes. Choose a version with a 32 GB or 64 GB card included, or use your own Class 10 card of up to 64 GB.
What is the hardwire kit?
A cable kit that connects the camera to your car's electrical system instead of the 12V socket. Basic car electrics knowledge or a fitter is recommended.
Can I watch the videos on my phone?
No. This model has no app. Watch them on the built-in screen or on a computer with a card reader.
