You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.

Terrible performance. The watch app is garbage. Full of ads and closes by itself. I do not recommend it at all. Also, they do not respond regarding refunds.

This watch has powerful functions. arrived in 5 days.
Even though the heart rate sensor is not to medical grade. at rest when i'm sat it shows my heart rate at 130 bpm. i checked with a medical grade device and it was reading 62 bpm. definitely a huge difference. it such a shame really because i like the watch very much and it looks great. i hope this can be resolved in an update then i would consider getting another one.
