14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.

This outdoor security camera has two 4MP lenses (8MP in total), a built-in 8,000 mAh battery and a solar panel, so it works without mains power. It detects movement with PIR and radar sensors, pans 355° and tilts 90°, and records in H.265. Choose the WiFi version for a 2.4 GHz home network or the 4G version for places without WiFi, with or without a 128GB card. It works with the V380 Pro app.

Good to know
The 4G version needs a SIM card with a data plan and works only over 4G; check that your operator uses one of the bands listed. The WiFi version works only on 2.4 GHz WiFi.

Choose WiFi if the camera will be within reach of your 2.4 GHz WiFi. Choose 4G for places without WiFi; it needs a data SIM card.
Do I need a memory card?
To record on the camera, yes. Choose a version with a 128GB card or add your own microSD card of up to 128GB.

The camera arrived damaged, and it's difficult to contact the seller, who is delaying the complaint process.
The package arrived damaged, and the solar panel is cracked.
The camera arrived quickly, but it lacks the solar panel support, the USB cable, and the power cable that goes from the solar panel to the camera is not 1.8m (as described in the ad) but about 1m. The functionality of the camera needs to be tested. I would have given 5 stars if the aforementioned items had been included in the package.
The two cameras were received in 5 days in very good condition, the packaging of the cameras was perfect. I recommend this product; I just need to test the cameras now. I tested the cameras and in reality it's a big lie because the cameras don't work without a subscription, it bugs all the time. The V380 PRO application, after 15 days, as soon as the subscription is not activated, you no longer have access to the cameras. TO AVOID...
