Estimated delivery after dispatch
Spain: 7 to 15 business days. Rest of the EU: 8 to 20 business days. Other countries: 10 to 25 business days. These are estimates and may be longer around Black Friday and Christmas or because of customs checks.
Shipping costs
Spain: €2.99, free on orders of €50 or more. Rest of the EU: €8.99. Other countries: €9.99. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the EU and are paid by the customer. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.
Faulty or damaged items
Every product has a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. Email us with photos or a video and we will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

This smart lock is made for outdoor gates and narrow-frame doors. It is rated IP66 and opens with a fingerprint, a password, a card, mechanical keys or the Tuya app over Bluetooth. Choose the lock on its own or with an 85 mm mortise lock body in a 35, 40 or 50 mm backset. It fits doors 35–90 mm thick and runs on batteries.

Who is it for?

Good to know
Fitting requires drilling, so a locksmith or a handy person is recommended. Remote access needs a compatible Tuya gateway, not included. Stock is limited for each kit.

Which kit do I need?
If your gate already has a suitable 85 mm mortise lock body, choose Lock only. Otherwise choose the mortise kit that matches the backset of your frame: 35, 40 or 50 mm.
Can I still use a key?
Yes. Mechanical keys are one of the ways to open it.
