14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.

Perfect. The trick was to pair the device properly via RF.
Excellent piece of kit - slightly misleading reviewer suggesting that the module connecting to the boiler only works with dc - this is not correct - it could’ve been lost in translation but the fact is the base module is hardwired to the boiler and works between 100v and 240v ac and has normally open and normally closed volt free internal contacts as well as provision to connect a 16 amp load. the rf control unit that you would use in the room can be powered by 2aa batteries but the display will turn off when not in use or (and) usb connection and the display will stay on unless you use the night mode. the only slight negative is you can’t hide the usb connector. it’s a shame they couldn’t have located it in the back so if it was wall mounted it would be invisible but just a small gripe. all in all highly recommend for a fraction of the price of the market leader plus more usability as it works on the smartlife platform offering more integration with other devices Ps, just ensure you choose the correct unit wi-fi enabled or not. for the difference in price the wi-fi is worth every penny (future-proof)
I bought it to replace the thermostat of a gas boiler that didn't have Wi-Fi so I could control the heating remotely, and it does its job perfectly. Since I already had the old receiver and the wiring, it was very easy to replace it with this one, which came from the factory paired with the thermostat. I manage it from my mobile using the Smart Life app. The only small inconvenience I found was that the instructions only came in English, but I used the mobile camera's translator to solve this problem.
Delivery was surprisingly fast within a week! The intuitive button rotates much like a vailliant device and programming is easy. What i like is it don't connect to wifi which complicates things. It's a basic unit and good display

I ordered a WiFi device but received one without WiFi. Apparently I ordered the wrong one, but it's very complicated to order the correct one. Everything works except for the WiFi. Other than that, the material is perfect.
Arrived in 2 weeks, connected it to the Immergas boiler at minus 30 degrees, not without the help of the internet... It's been working for 2 days now, no complaints.

I just received the device (wifi thermostat t9w + rc9 plus), i will install it in the next few days and update the review. So far i am very satisfied, the material is abs and nicely finished the receiver is as well abs. In general it looks promising.

The thermostat came to my adress lightning fast. 👍🏻 The thermostat works but i must pair it with wifi to his centar modul when i installed it on boiler.i dont know how it will work then.i will write an aditional rewiev.

Very satisfied with the product, but I have to say that it was a bit difficult for me to configure it, but I managed to make it work and I am happy about that. What I haven't been able to achieve is pairing it to operate through the phone. More configuration content for Spanish speakers who don't speak English well is missed.
device only works in RF mode, wifi disconnects every time it's used.
