Shipping costs
Spain: €2.99, free on orders of €50 or more. Rest of the EU: €8.99. Other countries: €9.99. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the EU and are paid by the customer. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.
Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.
Faulty or damaged items
Every product has a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. Email us with photos or a video and we will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Radiator valve threads vary. The supplier does not list which valve adapters are included, so send us a photo of your valve before ordering and we will check it. The Zigbee version needs a Tuya Zigbee gateway, sold separately. The supplier does not say whether batteries are included. This model ships from a warehouse in Germany.

Most radiators with a thermostatic valve body can take a smart head, but threads differ. Write to us with a photo of your valve before ordering.
