Returns

14-day right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. To start a return, email info@technovard.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, sealed in-ear headphones cannot be returned once unsealed.

Refunds
We refund the product and the original shipping (up to the cost of standard shipping) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.

Delivery is also fast. I'm satisfied that it sticks well to the suction cup in one go. There are no batteries, so make sure to prepare them. I only had an electronic switch at home, which made me feel stressed every time I pressed it, but by pairing it with the EW11, I can use it in various ways.

It uses a cr2430 battery but comes without one. it successfully connected to zigbee2mqtt. to enter pairing mode, you should press the upper left or bottom key for 10 seconds.
